Customer Service Representative Fashion

We are looking for a (near) native speaking German/ English customer service representative who is willing to work in a temporary role and who is eager to advise and inform and servicing distributors, retailers, customers and sales agents worldwide. Daily tasks will be focused on maintaining the relationship with customers and sales agents.  You will be part of a dynamic and dedicated customer service team.

At the beginning of the day you meet up with the team for a chat and coffee. At 9 o'clock it's time to hit the powerbutton of your computer. You've got mail! Yes! People need your help to answer their questions related to pricing, shipment and returns, as well as product information. You are responsible for order entry & follow up and book management.

The complaints are taken care of professionally and client friendly. During lunch you and your colleagues can have a laugh about how easy it was for you to solve the complaints. No boring day for you to know that at the end of the day, everyone had a good day, because you took care of it!

De organisatie

This vacancy suits you if you want to work for an international retail organization in fashion. A brand that is distributed to 60 countries worldwide and across 5 continents. The dynamic on the floor is internationally, which brings you together with colleagues from all over the world.

You work in a team of 10 colleagues and everyone has their own international domain of customers. While working, you notice what is new in the collection because the fashion collection isat the workplace. You are visually surrounded by the fashion products you get to work with.

The office is located in the center of Haarlem. Its location is a historical beautifully restored building where you can feel and breathe fashion!

Jouw profiel

What is expected of you:

  • You are fluent in two languages German and English (native of near native);
  • You can start immediately and you are available for 3 months;
  • You can work parttime, 16-24 hours (preferably Wednesday, Thursday and Friday);
  • You have an MBO+ (College) education;
  • You have some relevant working experience in Customer Service;
  • You can work with SAP.

Furthermore:

  • You have excellent communication skills and a hands on mentality;
  • You know to balance in being energetic and calm when necessary;
  • You are pro active and have an interest in fashion.
