Every day our Recruitment Consultants are actively looking for the best candidates. Many of them apply theirself for a job with us, but we also proactively search the market for talented people.

When you respond to a vacancy, your data will be included in our candidate network. From that moment, your data will be compared with existing vacancies and every new job vacancy that comes in.

We often start working with only an online CV or digital registration. When we see specific options, we will invite you for an introductory meeting at our office or via video call. It is really about getting to know each other and looking beyond your CV.

If there is no immediate match, but we see opportunities for you in the future, your data will remain in our candidate network (as long as you want). We will contact you if we receive a suitable vacancy.

Exact mediates in permanent and temporary jobs. So you can get started based on different forms of contract:

  • Secondment > certainty of a fixed-term contract;
  • Recruitment and Selection > directly employed by our client;
  • Temping > maximum flexibility for you and the company.

For secondment and temporary agency employment, we follow the Collective Labour Agreement for temporary agency workers and the user company remuneration.
