Such as unlimited access to online training courses and masterclasses. This is referred to as equivalent remuneration.<\/p>\n<p>Equivalent remuneration means that the total value of your overall employment package is at least equal to that of a permanent employee at the client who holds the same or a comparable position. This means that not every individual element has to be exactly the same, as long as the total adds up.<\/p>\n<p>In practice, the most common employment conditions, such as salary, periodic salary increases and allowances, will often be granted in the same way. However, it may also be the case that a specific employment condition is implemented in a slightly different manner.<\/p>\n<p>The companies we work for are required to continuously provide us with the up-to-date arrangements, so that you can be certain of fair and equal remuneration.<\/p>\n\r\n        <\/div>[\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243; col_space_left=&#8221;enable&#8221;]\r\n        <div class=\"sd-block-title  marginbottom-50px  responsive_marginbottom-30px \">\r\n            <h2 class=\"sd-block-title-htag  align-left color-black font-large responsive_align-left\r\n            \">\r\n            <span>Training &amp; Development<\/span><\/h2>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n        <div class=\"sd-block-text  marginbottom-30px responsive_marginbottom-30px\r\n        \">\r\n            <p>We welcome employees who want to continue to develop. All our flex workers have access to an online platform where you can follow unlimited training courses and masterclasses.<\/p>\n<p>Exactpi also organises several (online) knowledge sessions per year on various topics in which you can participate free of charge. You will then receive an invitation by email with more information and a registration option.<\/p>\n<p>If you want to continue to develop yourself by taking a professional training course for example, please submit a request to us to receive an allowance for this. You can contact your recruitment consultant for this. We are here to help you find the best solution. <\/p>\n\r\n        <\/div>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row full_width=&#8221;stretch_row&#8221; bg_color=&#8221;bg_lightblue&#8221;][vc_column col_space_right=&#8221;enable&#8221;]\r\n        <div class=\"sd-block-title  marginbottom-50px  responsive_marginbottom-30px \">\r\n            <h2 class=\"sd-block-title-htag  align-left color-black font-large responsive_align-left\r\n            \">\r\n            <span>Other benefits<\/span><\/h2>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n        <div class=\"sd-block-text  marginbottom-30px responsive_marginbottom-30px\r\n        \">\r\n            <p>From 2026, your <strong>vacation days<\/strong> will be aligned with the rules of the hiring organisation. The number of days therefore depends on the scheme of the company where you work. As a flex worker, you accrue a reserve for those vacation days. For each hour you work, a certain percentage of your gross hourly wage is set aside. This allows you to build up a balance and you will be paid from that balance when you take vacation.<\/p>\n<p>The amount of your <strong>holiday allowance<\/strong> is also equivalent to that of the permanent employees.<\/p>\n<p>The same schemes as for permanent employees also apply to you in relation to <strong>short leave or special leave.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Recognised <strong>public holidays<\/strong> will be paid if you would normally have worked on that day. If the organisation where you work also pays additional days, then of course this will also apply to you.<\/p>\n<p>Whether you are reimbursed for <strong>travel expenses<\/strong> depends on the rules applicable at the client where you work. After all, you are remunerated on an equivalent basis to permanent staff. If you are entitled to reimbursement of travel expenses, you can submit your claim up to a maximum of 3 months after the travel date. Therefore, make sure you send us the travel documents or OV-chip printout in time. In MijnExact you can find how to submit travel expenses.<\/p>\n<p>In accordance with the collective labour agreement (cao), Exactpi has arranged a <strong>pension<\/strong> scheme for its flex workers. This pension scheme is administered by StiPP. More information about this scheme can be found at stippensioen.nl. If your client has a more favourable pension premium internally, you will be compensated for this.<\/p>\n<p>The rules on <strong>salary continuation during sickness<\/strong> are also part of equivalent remuneration and are therefore included in your overall terms and conditions of employment package.<\/p>\n<p>Any other terms and conditions of employment that apply to you and\/or are compensated in your salary will be presented to you in a <strong>clear overview<\/strong> before you start.<\/p>\n\r\n        <\/div>[vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;]\r\n        <div class=\"sd-block-text  marginbottom-30px responsive_marginbottom-30px\r\n        \">\r\n            <p><strong>Holiday allowance<\/strong><br \/>\nHoliday allowance will automatically be paid to you once a year in the month of June.This consists of 8.33% of gross wages plus reservation of holidays. This gross salary includes: the hours worked, paid sick leave, public holidays and bonus hours (so no overtime hours and gross allowances). When your employment ends, all individually saved reservations will be paid out in one go. <\/p>\n\r\n        <\/div>[\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;]\r\n        <div class=\"sd-block-text  marginbottom-30px responsive_marginbottom-30px\r\n        \">\r\n            <p><strong>Short-term leave and special leave<\/strong><br \/>\nAs a flex worker you save up for short-term leave and special leave. Every hour you work, a certain percentage of the gross hourly wages is saved up. This allows you to build up a credit and you will then continue to be paid when you have to go to the doctor&#8217;s or a funeral during working hours, for example.<\/p>\n\r\n        <\/div>[\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;]\r\n        <div class=\"sd-block-text  marginbottom-30px responsive_marginbottom-30px\r\n        \">\r\n            <p><strong>Holidays<\/strong><br \/>\nWith full-time employment (40 hours per week) you accrue 25 days of holiday per year. As a flex worker you reserve those days off. Every hour you work, a certain percentage of the gross hourly wages is saved up. This allows you to build up a credit which means you will continue to be paid when you take your holiday.<\/p>\n\r\n        <\/div>[\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;]\r\n        <div class=\"sd-block-text  marginbottom-30px responsive_marginbottom-30px\r\n        \">\r\n            <p><strong>Public holidays<\/strong><br \/>\nYou will continue to be paid on public holidays if you would normally have worked on this day. You can find more information about this scheme on stippensioen.nl.<\/p>\n\r\n        <\/div>[\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243; col_space_left=&#8221;enable&#8221;]\r\n        <div class=\"sd-block-title  marginbottom-50px  responsive_marginbottom-30px \">\r\n            <h2 class=\"sd-block-title-htag  align-left color-black font-large responsive_align-left\r\n            \">\r\n            <span>Travel Allowance<\/span><\/h2>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n        <div class=\"sd-block-text  marginbottom-30px responsive_marginbottom-30px\r\n        \">\r\n            <p>Whether you will be reimbursed for your travel expenses depends on the regulations at the client where you work. After all, you are rewarded equally to permanent employees. If you are reimbursed for your travel expenses, you can declare these up to a maximum of 3 months after the travel date. So make sure you send your proof of travel (tickets) or your travel card summary to us in time.
