The HR Advisor will work within a team of HR professionals. The current HR team is a team of 5 people, they are now looking for a new colleague to strengthen their ongoing growth.
For this role we are looking for an Generalistic HR Advisor with people management skills, someone who can support management and teams with questions and coach them pro-actively. You have international HR experience with knowledge on UK Employment Law whereby you can advise the office in the UK. Therefore you will travel to the UK on a monthly basis. Within the team you are not hesitant to help out the administrative HR processes in a result-oriented way, for example digging into payroll preparation.

You are the ideal candidate if you are an experienced(3-5 years) international HR advisor with focus for improvements. You are the one who goes for qualitative results. For this role we are looking for a people-person with the following requirements:
- Experience with international policies, procedures and supplier contracts;
- Performance management experience;
- Knowledge of international/UK employment laws and regulations;
- Fluency in English and Dutch language skills;
- Advanced computer skills(Oracle, SharePoint en Excel);
- Full time availability and willing to travel internationally;
- Long term interest.

- Salary between € 3500- € 4500 based on a 40 hours working week.
