The Executive Assistant / Office Manager will be primarily responsible for helping to keep everyone (and everything) working at peak performance. It's a growing company in the centre of Amsterdam and there will be new and interesting challenges every day. You are curious and interested in learning more about what the company does, and always interested in learning new skills and taking on new challenges.

This company is an early stage startup that builds technology to assist customer support agents to reduce call handling time and increase customers satisfaction with faster and better responses. They are very ambitious and will expect very much from you and everyone in the team to grow fast.

Jouw profiel

What is expected of you:

  • Min. 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision, prioritizing work as needed
  • Strong knowledge of office applications, including Word, Powerpoint, and Excel
