We are looking for a Business to Business Sales executive who will be responsible for customer-related day to day services such as Order process, pricing, Invoicing, Placing order into company system,follow up related to shipment/payment and invoicing.
In this role you work closely with other departments (e.g. warehouse in Poland) to insure the orderly flow of orders, inventory and requirements as mutually determined by team and company. You individually manage sales across list of key clients as well as generate new business from existing customers and prospective clients in the region. You actively seek out new sales opportunities by phone, networking and social media. You build up thorough understanding of the marketplace (competitor information, market opportunities, market trends, etc.).
In this role you also manage and coordinate timely meetings with clients to introduce new releases/products in order to insure proper lead time. You prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services and you create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
You are also responsible to negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Your direct report is the manager, who is based in Shanghai. You are open to travel Overseas when necessary either to your manager or to clients in the region you are responsible for.

The candidate we are looking for has proven recent experience as a Sales Executive (Sales support) or relevant role in an international product environment (B2B). You have a University degree and a valid permanent work permit to work in the Netherlands. You will be working from European Headquarters located in the Leiden area. Furthermore:
- Proficiency in English
- Dutch, good understanding
- Fluent in Russian language is an added advantage
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, presentation software and order entry systems
- Thorough understanding of marketing, social media and negotiating (upsell) techniques
You have a passion passion to work for clients in a commercial environment. For this role it is important that you adapt and learn fast to be able to work individually in short time frame.
