Dit ga je doen

The Administrative HR Specialist works in the Personnel Administration within the HR department. Within the French team (4 people). You and your colleagues are responsible for all personnel changes, setting up contracts, processing timesheets and changing sick and recovery reports.

You will also be in contact with your colleagues in France to answer their questions regarding administrative HR matters. When contracts are terminated, you will arrange everything regarding the termination of employment. Together with your team you strive to process all questions and mutations every day!

Because you will be working within the HR team for the French region, it is very important that you speak and write French and English! You will also need:

  • MBO work and thinking level;
  • Some experience with HR administration and/or payroll;
  • Experience with MS Office;
  • You have an advantage if you also have knowledge of French legislation and regulations.

This job is for 40 hours a week. You are currently living/working in The Netherlands with a valid work-permit (no sponsoring needed).
