Then we are looking for you! As Brand Manager Malibu you will spread sunshine all year around! You will have the full ownership of developing strategies that drive growth and brand equity in The Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. You will deploy a plan engaging consumers around Malibu and it’s refreshing portfolio of spirits and Ready To Drinks. You do this through media campaigns, and brand activations in both retail and hospitality.
Working with the Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in growing the brand equity, increasing consumption and ensuring the financial health of Malibu. Using your consumer and media understanding, you will develop and execute brand plans containing ATL and BTL campaigns. You will work closely with the sales teams to provide solutions, such as shopping floor activation concepts and POS materials, that will allow the brand to stand out and drive sales. You’ll be your brands biggest advocate internally and convince stakeholders of the short and long-term strategy.
Responsible for the design, development and implementation of the annual and 3-year brand plans. The strategic brand planning requires strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, an excellent understanding of the marketing mix and creativity to think out of the box. You can translate the positioning, vision and goals of the brand into actionable and relevant marketing activities. You seek for synergies in planning with the Brand Company (The Absolut Company in Sweden) and other Pernod Ricard market companies.
- You take full ownership of the brand, are accountable for your results and be the point of contact towards all internal and external stakeholders.
- Your proven project management skills help you executing your campaigns. You align timings with stakeholders, anticipate on bottlenecks and have advanced communication skills to make things happen.
- You manage the Advertising & Promotional budget and decide for the most efficient and effective allocation.
- You are continuously up to date on the financial-, market- and media-performance of the brand.
