You will work in a fun,service department, where you will work with 10 colleagues to answer product questions from customers. For this job it is important that you speak and write German and English.

You will answer the questions that come in via mail, phone and chat. The questions are about products, shipping, returns, invoices, upgrades of product applications etc. You will be trained well in terms of getting to know the products and processes. For the complex technical questions you aks for help of the application specialists in your team. Of course you will inform an account manager when you receive a buy signal. This comes naturally to you.

This company is known by their customers for the excellent service provided by the team. It is a diverse team, because your colleagues come from different countries. Therefore, a lot of English is spoken here on a daily basis.

You are the ideal candidate if you can use at least the languages German and English in a business environment. Of course, you know what it's like in a commercial customer service department. In your job you have to deal with account managers, finance and logistics departments. You know how to use Word, Outlook and a CRM system, such as Salesforce.

We are thinking of someone with at least MBO work and thinking level with 1 to 2 years of similar work experience.
