We are looking for a Customer Service Employee to strengthen the Customer Service European Market department. The department consists of employees subdivided into Customer Service Employees, Account managers, Back Office Employees and more.
In this role you are responsible for the administration and commercial processing of the entire ordering process. This includes registering incoming orders up to shipment and payments. Together with the team you solve all common problems with customers. With the purpose of expanding and maintaining the relationship with the customer.
Furthermore, your activities consist of:
- Maintaining contact with customers by telephone;
- Conducting telephone sales in the form of cross and up selling;
- Provide administrative and commercial support to the various sales managers within the department;
- Independently conducting all relevant correspondence with customers.

What do you need:
- A native level (or near native) of the English language and a second foreign language: German;
- A MBO or HBO level of education (or equivalent);
- A commercial / sales mindset gained in a previous Customer Service job;
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
You are currently living/working in The Netherlands with a valid work-permit (no sponsoring needed).
