The main responsibility of the Customer Service Representative is to achieve maximum refunds for our German-speaking customers by processing their tax claims quickly and correctly. You provide excellent service to both internal and external customers and ensure that you keep up to date with relevant knowledge and skills in the field of Customer Operations.

Although each area has its own specialisation, the Customer Operations teams work closely together on projects and support each other in other parts of the business at times of deadlines.

You speak and write the German and a second language very well. You have worked in an international environment and have proven customer service skills. We are looking for a results-oriented and service-oriented person who excels in a stressful environment with many priorities. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with an eye for detail. You are experienced in dealing with customer problems.  The candidate is proactive and takes ownership. You are someone who is willing to go the extra mile.

  • Basic knowledge of SAP is a plus.
  • Excellent MS Office skills.
  • You can set priorities and you ensure quality also during deadlines. Above all, you are a fast learner with analytical skills.

Dit is het aanbod

You will get a contract for 7 months through Exactpi. After this period you will get a contract from the organisation.

  • Salary between €2500 - €2700 gross per month; (If you have more experience and/or earn a bit more, please apply);
  • Growth opportunities in the near future;
  • Preference for 40 hours per week but 32 hours is negotiable;
  • Travel allowance;
  • Home office allowance of €2,- per day;
  • After onboarding, hybrid working is possible.
