As an Application Specialist you will be part of the Customer Success Team for the German market. You are providing second line technical support and solutions to help the clients, in the resolution of issue or for the setting of their devices.
• In- and outbound second line customer support (by phone and email);
• Address customer inquiries by email, phone, chat or other channels (timely and in the correct manner);
• Collaborate closely with internal departments when needed (eg. discuss with the technical department for deeper technical issues);
• Manage all order administration activities;
• Follow-up on the clients to see if everything works accordingly;
• Perform other tasks and projects as requested to meet customer and organizational needs (eg. video manuals, training etc);
• Following the latest trends and development and investigate how the customer is using the products or services, and ask for feedback;
• Optimize customer support when needed,
You are currently living/working in The Netherlands with a valid work-permit (no sponsoring needed).
