Dit ga je doen

As an Application Specialist you will be part of the Customer Success Team for the Italian market. You are providing second line technical support and solutions to help the clients, in the resolution of issue or for the setting of their devices.

Your responsibilities:

  • In- and outbound second line customer support (by phone and email);
  • Address customer inquiries by email, phone, chat or other channels (timely and in the correct manner);
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments when needed (eg. discuss with the technical department for deeper technical issues);
  • Manage all order administration activities;
  • Follow-up on the clients to see if everything works accordingly;
  • Perform other tasks and projects as requested to meet customer and organizational needs (eg. video manuals, training etc);
  • Following the latest trends and development and investigate how the customer is using the products or services, and ask for feedback;
  • Optimize customer support when needed,

You are currently living/working in The Netherlands with a valid work-permit (no sponsoring needed).

We would like to see these qualifications below in your resume:

  • At least 2 years work experience in a (Technical) Customer Support role;
  • Experience with IT, cloud-based solutions and business systems is a plus;
  • You have excellent knowledge of the following languages in word and writing: Italian and English (native or near native); other languages are a benefit;
  • You are dedicated to deliver optimized service and you know to set priorities;
  • You are proactive, stress resistant and flexible;
  • You are analytical, have attention to detail and you are process oriented;
  • Affinity within the technical field.

We offer you a great job with an ambitious and international organization. You will first work via Exactpi. Afterwards there is the possibility to immediately start employment with this employer. This of course depends on your performance and work commitment. The salary indication is € 2500 - € 2900 gross per month and the amount depends on your experience.
