As the new E-Commerce & Marketplace Manager you are will develop the online sales campaigns and strategy, whereby international expansion via google, bing and marketplaces (like Amazon, eBay etc.) will be your highest priority in this job. You brief external agencies about your plans and strategy and you manage sales campaigns and executions.
You will be responsible for various online sales channels and online media which drive traffic to online market places and companies webshop. Apart from being result-driven (conversion focused), you also recognize the importance of an inspiring and appealing online store that fits a digital brand (look & feel). The online sales strategy at this company needs to be further developed and rolled out and you know how to convert this strategy, together with external agencies, into tactical plans and KPIs. You play a vital role in the organization as the further international expansion of direct-to-business consumer activities has a very high priority. In addition to being responsible for the online sales as a result of your campaigns, you are also responsible for the further roll out of the marketplace strategy and the further expansion of the current accounts, including Amazon.
In this role you work closely with the creative marketing team, international sales team, and the (performance) marketing agencies.
What can you expect:
- In this role you are responsible for online sales via our own website, but also responsible for the performance of our accounts on Amazon.
- You ensure that brand and products are well represented on Google and Amazon and are found.
- You work very closely with their own marketing team, international sales colleagues, customer success team, product development and performance marketing and marketplace agency.
