We are looking for an interim-medior based on 38 hours in Zwaagdijk. As a Learning & Development Specialist, you play a crucial role in developing and optimizing both online and offline training programs for our retail organization. You manage each program as a project, utilizing your conceptual understanding to guide it from development to implementation.
In your role;
- You maintain close contact with internal stakeholders, assess their needs, and translate these into effective training solutions.
- You will work on various projects such as learning approach, functional training, and train-the-trainer programs.
- Collaborating closely with our suppliers, you ensure the content of the necessary programs is developed to a high standard.
- Key internal stakeholders you will work with include the Store Operations department and district managers.
- Your ability to bring structure and communicate effectively is essential for the successful implementation of these training programs.
- Develop and Implement Training Programs: Design, develop, and roll out comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of store employees.
- Collaborate with Central Store Operations: Work closely with the Central Store Operations team to identify training needs and create solutions that align with operational goals.
- Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.
- Track and Report Progress: Maintain accurate records of training activities and provide regular reports on progress and impact.
Dit breng je mee
- Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years in a Learning & Development role, preferably within a retail environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Training Design: Strong skills in designing and developing training programs, including e-learning modules.
- Project Management: Proven ability to independently manage and drive learning projects from inception to completion.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to evaluate training effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Technology Proficiency: Proficient in using LMS and other training tools and technologies.
- Cultural Awareness: Understanding of cultural differences and the ability to tailor training solutions to diverse audiences across multiple countries.
- You are fluent in English (both spoken and written).
