The Store team of the e-commerce department is looking for a Product Owner, who works together with the Senior Product Owner and another Product Owner on the various functionalities of this B2B web shop. You work together with the IT e-commerce team on a daily basis. That team includes a project manager, scrum master, front end developer and the project manager of our offshore development company. There will be a clear division, in which you will be given full responsibility for some parts of the B2B web shop. This means that you must continuously form a picture of how 'your' functionalities can be improved.
You do this by:
- Collect customer feedback;
- Analyse Analytics data;
- Meet with internal stakeholders;
- Benchmark other B2B webshops.
Ultimately, you translate this input into 'business requirements' and develop these into 'user stories' so that the offshore development team can develop them in a sprint. It is the intention that you explain the delivered functionalities to the sales organization (demos), or sometimes even organize training sessions for the various sales offices.
