Are you the VAT Administrator with good analytical skills? Then we're looking for you! Your main responsibility will be to process your customer’s VAT refunds, mostly Russian speaking customers in the most efficient way in order to achieve the maximum refund as quickly as possible. This position is in Utrecht and it is for a Russian or Polish speaker who is able to speak Lithuanian.

We are currently looking for a full time Russian or Polish VAT Administrator who is able to speak Lithuanian on a very good level in the area of Utrecht. The main responsibility of the position is to achieve maximum refunds for Russian-speaking customers by processing their tax claims quickly and correctly in the systems. You will handle 75% of the work in administration and 25% in customer service. You provide excellent service to customers and you ensure that you keep up to date with relevant knowledge and skills in the field of Customer Operations. Although each area has its own specialization, the Customer Operations teams work closely together on projects and support each other in other parts of the business at times of deadlines.

- For this role you need to speak the combination of languages such as Russian & Polish or Russian & Lithuanian or Polish & Lithuanian fluently .
- Fluency in English is a must spoken and written.
- You have worked in an international environment and you have proven customer service skills.
- You have an eye for detail and financial insight (work with numbers).
- You can set priorities and you ensure quality also during deadlines.
- You are a fast learner with analytical skills.
- You are someone who is willing to go the extra mile and who can adapt quickly to new situations.
- Basic knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Good MS Office skills are a must, as is experience in dealing with potential problems.
For this positoin you need to have a valid work permit and already living in the Netherlands. We do not offer sponsorships.

You will get a contract for 7 months through Exactpi. After this period you will get a contract from the organisation.
- Salary between €2200 - €2700 gross per month; (If you have more experience and/or earn a bit more, please apply);
- Growth opportunities in the near future;
- Preference for 40 hours per week but 32 hours is negotiable;
- Travel allowance;
- After onboarding, hybrid working is possible.
- Home office allowance of €2,- per day.
- Good habitz online training possibilities.
