By supporting their work, we contribute to their mission: giving every child the chance to participate and grow.

Our CSR policy
For Exactpi, corporate social responsibility is not a separate project, but part of who we are and how we work. Guided by our core values and our motto, Bring your heart to work, we make conscious choices for people, organisations and the society around us.
Our CSR approach focuses on themes that align with our role as a recruitment partner and employer: equal opportunities, good employment practices, sustainable employability, transparent business conduct and social engagement. We believe it is important that professionals have the opportunity to participate, develop and find work that matches their talent, background and ambition.
That is why we support initiatives that contribute to equal opportunities, such as Stichting Leergeld, Save the Children and Stichting Jarige Job. We also encourage our employees to make their own social contribution, including through paid volunteer work and joint initiatives as part of Exactpi in actie.
In our daily operations, we focus on careful and fair collaboration with clients, professionals, employees and partners. We maintain an ongoing dialogue with our stakeholders and periodically evaluate which actions and choices contribute to our social responsibility.
This ensures that CSR is not only visible through meaningful initiatives, but also remains embedded in the way we work.

Volunteering & More
We also roll up our own sleeves. Our employees get two paid half-days each year to do volunteer work of their choice. A way to give back and make the world a little better. In addition, we initiate various team efforts through Exactpi, where we take on a project together—like picking up litter, writing Christmas cards, joining the KiKa Run, or organizing an activity for lonely elderly people.
Just do it
Doing good for the world often doesn’t require a huge effort—just a bit of action. And it can be fun too.
- During NLdoet, we join forces to help others.
- For every review we receive, we donate a set amount.
- We raise awareness among clients and professionals about inequality of opportunity.
- At Exactpi, all bottle deposit returns are donated to charity.
Past Initiatives
NLdoet 2026
During NLdoet 2026, the entire Exactpi team rolled up their sleeves for Stichting Jarige Job. Together, we made treats for children for whom celebrating their birthday is not something to be taken for granted. It was a meaningful and energetic activity that brought together fun, teamwork and social commitment. Because every child deserves to feel celebrated on their birthday.
Christmas
In December, all of us at Exactpi collected and donated lots of useful groceries (and festive treats like Christmas cookies) to the food bank in The Hague. We also wrote and sent stacks of cheerful holiday cards to lonely elderly people—to bring a small light in the darkest days of the year.
NLdoet 2025
During NLdoet 2025, we supported the residents of Florence Duinstede with a fun scavenger hunt and a thorough cleaning of the garden furniture. Some of our colleagues also helped out with integration and language courses for newcomers in Rotterdam. We look back on this day with pride and joy.
Support for Ukraine
With heavy hearts, we witness what is happening so close to home. At the same time, we are deeply moved by the global solidarity and selflessness. And we want to do our part. That’s why we’re supporting the people of Ukraine—with a donation to Giro555 and a lot of hope and loving energy.
Night of the Refugee
Senior Recruitment Consultant Kasia Lamens participated—supported by Exactpi—in the Night of the Refugee. In six cities, 4,000 participants walked through the night to raise as much money as possible for emergency aid and to raise positive awareness for people fleeing war and violence.
