    Rules

    • The nominated candidate must be someone from your personal network. So you cannot refer strangers. You can’t nominate yourself either.
    • You have informed the nominated candidate and asked for permission before filling in the application form.
    • You will receive the referral bonus (gift voucher worth €250 from Bol.com) when your candidate starts working:
      • based on R&S and successfully and has completed their probationary period with their new employer.
      • on the basis of temporary employment or secondment and has worked at least 250 hours through Exact.
    • You will only receive the referral bonus if the nominated candidate is not yet registered in the Exactpi database and you are the first to propose this candidate.
    • You can nominate multiple candidates. Always fill in the complete registration form.
    • Exactpi may refuse to include nominated candidates in its database. For example, when they do not fit into Exactpi’s services because they are active in a field that Exact does not serve.
    • The referral bonus cannot be exchanged for cash.
    • Bol.com is not a party to this campaign, either as a participant or as a sponsor.
    • Exactpi reserves the right to change or discontinue the terms and conditions of recommending friend(s) to Exactpi, or any part thereof, at any time without notice.
