MijnExactpi & Payment Dates
Mijn Exactpi (MyExactpi) is Exactpi’s online declaration system. You will receive an access code as soon as you start working through a temporary employment or secondment agreement. You can easily enter your worked hours, sick days and leave on MijnExactpi and have it approved by the company where you work. As soon as we have received approval, we will calculate and pay the hours. In MijnExactpi you can also view previous payments.

If login fails
If you are unable to log in to MijnExactpi, you can request a new password by clicking on “forgotten password”. If that doesn’t work, please contact the Exactpi Service Centre – 070-3062004.
Payment Dates 2025
Every Tuesday payments are made to those who are paid weekly. These are the dates on which we process the invoices submitted every four weeks (hour overviews). We will preferably receive your hours on the Friday or at the latest the Monday before.
