As a Core Developer, you will:
- Design, develop, and maintain distributed software solutions using Golang.
- Implement encryption technologies and ensure system reliability and data security.
- Set up and optimize CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps.
- Work with GitHub, Docker, and related development tools.
- Contribute to cloud infrastructure automation using Terraform (nice to have).
- Collaborate in an agile, cross-functional team, contributing ideas and code reviews.
- Write clean, reusable, and well-tested code with robust unit tests.

We’re looking for a Core Developer who is:
- Highly skilled in Golang and experienced in distributed system design.
- Familiar with encryption, Terraform, and either Python or C# (pre).
- Analytical, precise, and eager to dive deep into technical problem-solving.
- Hands-on, self-motivated, and adaptable to new technologies.
- A true team player who values collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
- Brings 5+ years of relevant experience in software development
