The Category Management Data Analyst plays a key role in strengthening data and analytical capabilities within the Category Management team. The role supports decision-making across product categories by analysing performance data, identifying commercial opportunities, and developing actionable insights. Key responsibilities include analysing category performance across sales, pricing, margin, and lifecycle; identifying trends, risks, and opportunities; and supporting the development of category and pricing strategies. The role also involves building and maintaining dashboards (Power BI / Excel), ensuring data quality across systems, and translating complex datasets into clear business insights.
In addition, the role focuses on process improvement and automation, including the optimisation of reporting workflows and the implementation of data tools. The analyst acts as a key data partner to Category Managers and collaborates closely with Commercial Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain teams.

- 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, category management, or commercial finance
- Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
- Experience handling large and complex datasets
- Power BI experience is a strong plus
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
- Ability to translate data into actionable business insights
- Understanding of pricing, margins, and commercial performance drivers
