- Supporting customers throughout the entire order process
- Managing inquiries, quotations, pricing, and orders
- Advising customers on suitable products and solutions
- Coordinating deliveries and monitoring order progress
- Working closely with Sales, Logistics, and Operations
- Handling after-sales support, complaints, and claims
- Building strong customer relationships and ensuring excellent service
Dit breng je mee
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, or Order Management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems is a plus
- Knowledge of export procedures is an advantage
