As an HR Advisor, you will be an important sparring partner for employees and managers. You will advise on a broad range of HR topics and help ensure a positive and professional employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Advising managers and employees on a broad range of HR matters.
- Supporting employees throughout onboarding, development and offboarding.
- Advising on performance, employee development, absence management and employee relations.
- Applying and monitoring HR policies and employment conditions.
- Identifying HR trends and translating them into practical solutions.
- Contributing to HR projects and the further professionalization of HR processes.
- Supporting accurate personnel administration and HR data management.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders across the organization.
- Proactively identifying opportunities to improve HR policies and processes.
- You will have a high level of autonomy in your role while actively collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders whenever needed.

We are looking for an HR Advisor who is confident, approachable and enjoys taking ownership of a broad range of HR responsibilities.
You ideally bring:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Personnel & Labor or a comparable field.
- At least 3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience advising managers and employees.
- Solid knowledge of Dutch employment law and HR regulations.
- Strong communication and advisory skills.
- A proactive, independent and practical approach.
- Excellent organizational skills and a high level of discretion.
- Strong command of both Dutch and English.
- A genuine ambition to continue developing as an HR professional.
