As an HR Business Partner, you are a strategic sparring partner for managers and leadership. You understand the organization's ambitions and translate them into practical and sustainable people strategies.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a trusted HR Business Partner for managers and leadership.
- Advising on organizational development, workforce planning and people strategy.
- Coaching managers on performance, leadership, employee relations and team development.
- Supporting talent management, succession planning and employee development.
- Advising on complex employee relations and employment matters.
- Using HR data and insights to identify trends and support business decisions.
- Contributing to organizational change and transformation projects.
- Driving initiatives around employee engagement, culture and retention.
- Working closely with HR colleagues across areas such as Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and HR Operations.
- Continuously improving HR policies, processes and ways of working.
You are not simply an advisor who responds to questions. You proactively identify opportunities, bring new perspectives to the table and help the business make better people decisions.

We are looking for an HR Business Partner who combines strong business understanding with excellent interpersonal skills. You are comfortable operating at different organizational levels and know how to balance strategic priorities with the human side of HR.
You ideally bring:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a comparable field.
- At least 5 years of relevant HR experience, including experience in an HR Business Partner or comparable advisory role.
- Strong experience advising and coaching managers and senior stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of Dutch employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience with organizational development and change management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- .A proactive, pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset.
- The ability to challenge stakeholders constructively and build strong relationships.
- Strong command of both Dutch and English.
You are confident without being dominant, strategic without losing sight of practical realities and genuinely interested in helping people and organizations perform at their best.
