As HR Manager, you are responsible for the development and execution of the HR strategy. You are a trusted advisor to management and ensure that HR initiatives support the organization's broader ambitions.
Your responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing the HR strategy in line with business objectives.
- Advising management and leadership on strategic and operational HR matters.
- Coaching managers on performance, leadership, employee relations and people development.
- Leading and further developing HR policies, processes and procedures.
- Supporting workforce planning, talent management and succession planning.
- Driving initiatives around employee engagement, retention and organizational culture.
- Managing complex employee relations and employment law matters.
- Coordinating recruitment, onboarding, development and offboarding processes.
- Using HR data and insights to identify trends and support decision-making.
- Leading HR projects related to organizational development, change and professionalization.
- Working closely with payroll, recruitment and other HR stakeholders.
- Managing and developing the HR team, depending on the organizational structure.
You combine a strategic perspective with a hands-on mentality. You understand what the organization needs today while keeping an eye on where it wants to be tomorrow.

We are looking for an HR Manager who is confident, pragmatic and able to operate comfortably at both strategic and operational levels.
You ideally bring:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in HRM, Business Administration or a comparable field.
- At least 6 years of relevant HR experience, including experience in a senior HR advisory or management position.
- Strong experience advising managers and senior leadership.
- Solid knowledge of Dutch employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience with organizational development, change management and employee relations.
- Experience developing and implementing HR policies and processes.
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive, pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.
- Strong command of both Dutch and English.
You are a natural connector who knows how to create trust while remaining professional and decisive. You can challenge leadership when necessary, make complex HR topics accessible and turn strategy into practical action.
