Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative for an international organization active in industrial measurement and automation technology. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full commercial inside sales cycle, from first customer contact to quotation follow-up and order processing. You will operate in a fast-paced, technically driven environment where accuracy, responsiveness, and customer engagement are critical success factors.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structured commercial processes but also wants to develop strong technical understanding and grow within a high-performing sales organization.

- Maintaining customer information within the CRM system.
- Supporting the outside sales team with commercial activities.

- MBO+ or HBO working and thinking level.
- Experience in inside sales, customer service, or technical sales.
- Affinity with industrial technology, instrumentation or automation.
- Commercially minded with strong communication skills.
- Fluent in Dutch and English; German is considered an advantage.
- Customer-oriented, proactive and well-organized.
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems is a plus.
