- Handle incoming customer requests and provide technical-commercial support
- Prepare and follow up quotations
- Process and monitor orders from entry to delivery
- Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline visibility
- Support outside sales with customer communication and quotation work
- Coordinate with engineering, logistics, and production
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Ensure timely follow-up on open quotations
Dit breng je mee
- MBO+/HBO working level
- Experience in inside sales, customer service, or technical sales
- Affinity with industrial technology, instrumentation, or automation
- Strong communication and commercial skills
- Structured, accurate, and customer-oriented mindset
- Fluent in Dutch and English (German is a plus)
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage
