- Advising clients on both the technical aspects of compliance (policies, controls, procedures) and the behavioral aspects (ethics, culture, and integrity).
- Supporting organizations in establishing and strengthening compliance functions.
- Developing and implementing compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Conducting compliance risk assessments and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Advising clients on new and changing regulatory requirements.
- Delivering workshops, training sessions, and awareness programs.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Identifying business development opportunities and contributing to practice growth.
- Coaching and mentoring team members.

- A minimum of 9 years of experience within Compliance, Integrity, Risk, Governance, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in areas such as:
- Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC)
- Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)
- ESG
- Competition & Antitrust
- DORA
- DSA
- DMA
- MiFID II
- Proven project and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (minimum C1 level).
- A completed Master's degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, Criminology, Accounting, or a related discipline.
